Privacy Notice

This notice explains what ClipWill collects, why, and what you can do about it. It applies to clipwill.com and to the service behind it, operated by [LEGAL ENTITY NAME].

What we collect

• Your email address — to create your account and send login codes. Without it there is no way to log in.
• Your channel configuration — niche, formats, cadence, series, opening lines and the direction you give for the picture. This is what the engine runs on.
• Billing data — plan, order and payment status. We never see or store your card number. Card details go directly to the payment provider. From the provider we do store an anonymous card fingerprint — a code that cannot be turned back into a card number — together with the email and IP used, so that the one free week per customer cannot be claimed repeatedly.
• Technical data — IP address and browser user-agent on signup and login, kept to limit abuse and fraud.
• Referral code — if you arrived through a partner link, we store which partner, so they can be paid.

What we do not do

• We do not sell personal data. Not to anyone, at any price.
• We do not run advertising trackers or third-party analytics on this site.
• We do not read the content of your channels beyond what is needed to produce and improve your own output.

Who we share it with

Only the processors we need to run the service:

• Payment providers — to take payment and handle renewals and refunds.
• Email provider — to deliver login codes and service notices.
• Hosting — our own server, in the European Union.
• Publishing platforms — where you have connected a channel, to upload on your behalf.

Each of these receives the minimum needed to do its job.

How long we keep it

• Account and configuration data — while your account exists, then 90 days.
• Billing records — as long as tax and accounting law requires, typically several years.
• Login codes — 15 minutes. Sessions — 30 days.
• Technical abuse data — 12 months.

Your rights

You can ask us to show you what we hold, correct it, delete it, or send it to you in a portable form. Write to support@clipwill.com and we will answer within 30 days. If you are in the EU or UK you can also complain to your data protection authority.

Deleting your account deletes your configuration and stops production. Billing records we are legally required to keep will remain.

Cookies and local storage

We use no advertising or analytics cookies. What we do use:

• a session cookie after you log in, so you stay logged in — it is httpOnly and expires in 30 days;
• local storage for your chosen interface language and, if you arrived through a partner link, that partner's code for 60 days.

None of it follows you to other sites.

Changes

If we change this notice materially we will email account holders before it takes effect.
