Refund Policy
What happens if you want your money back. Written plainly, because refund policies that need a lawyer to read are usually hiding something.
Try before you pay
The first week is free on any plan. A card is collected when the trial starts, nothing is charged until the week ends, and we email a reminder three days before the first payment. This exists so you can judge the output before any money changes hands — please use it.
14 days, no questions
If you pay for a plan and change your mind, write to support@clipwill.com within 14 days of the charge and we refund it in full. You do not have to explain why.
One exception, and it is the honest one: if you have used more than 20% of the videos in your plan during that period, we refund the unused portion rather than the whole charge. Producing videos costs us real money at the moment they are made.
After 14 days
Cancellation stops the next renewal and takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for. We do not refund part-months, and we do not quietly keep charging after you cancel.
When we could not deliver
If videos included in your plan were not produced because something on our side failed, they roll over to the next month. If that keeps happening, tell us and we refund the affected period in full — you should not pay for a queue that does not move.
Crypto payments
Crypto payments are refunded in the same asset, to an address you give us, at the amount originally received. Network fees and price movement between payment and refund are not ours to absorb, and we will tell you the exact figure before sending.
Chargebacks
If something is wrong, writing to us is faster than a chargeback and we would rather fix it. Opening a dispute without contacting us first suspends the account while the dispute runs — not as punishment, but because we cannot bill a disputed account.
How to ask
One email to support@clipwill.com from the address on the account. We answer within two business days and refunds reach you within 5–10 days depending on your payment method.
