Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of ClipWill, an automated video production service operated by [LEGAL ENTITY NAME] (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or paying for a plan you agree to them.
What the service does
ClipWill produces short and long-form video from a configuration you provide: a niche, output formats and a publishing cadence. The service selects topics, writes scripts, generates narration, matches footage from an indexed library, assembles the edit, produces a thumbnail and title, and — where you have connected a channel — publishes on your schedule.
The service is automated. We do not review individual videos before they are produced or published.
Your account
- One account per email address. You are responsible for keeping access to that inbox, because it is how you log in.
- You must be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live.
- You must not share, resell or sublicense access to your account.
Free trial and the first charge
Generation starts with a plan, and the first week of that plan costs $0. To start it we ask for a payment card, because the plan continues automatically when the week ends.
- The trial lasts 7 days and includes 10 finished videos. The video allowance is the same on every plan.
- On day 7 the card is charged the full monthly price of the plan you chose, and monthly from then on. The exact date and amount are shown before you enter the card, and again in Billing.
- We email a reminder three days before the first charge.
- Cancel at any time before day 7 and nothing is charged. Cancelling is one button in Billing — you never have to write to us.
- If you use the 10 videos before the week ends, generation pauses and you can choose to start the plan early. We do not charge you earlier than day 7 unless you ask.
- The free week is available once per customer. Repeat sign-ups with the same card, email or network start on the paid plan immediately, and that is stated on the payment screen before you confirm.
- After cancellation your videos stay visible in your account, but downloading them requires an active plan.
Plans, billing and renewal
Plans are billed monthly in advance and renew automatically until cancelled. Prices are shown on the pricing page and are exclusive of any taxes that apply where you are.
- Each plan includes a stated number of finished videos per calendar month.
- Unused videos roll over for one month and then expire.
- You may cancel at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not shorten the period you have already paid for.
- We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice before your next renewal.
Content, rights and responsibility
You own the videos the service produces for you and the rights to publish them, subject to these terms. We retain ownership of the service itself, the footage library, the models and everything we use to build the output.
You are responsible for what you publish. Because the service is automated, output can contain factual errors, wording you did not intend, or footage that is a poor match for a claim. Review before publishing anything where accuracy matters.
You must not use the service to produce or publish:
- content that infringes anyone's copyright, trademark or likeness rights;
- content that is defamatory, harassing, hateful, or targets a private individual;
- sexual content involving minors, or any content that is illegal where you or your audience are;
- medical, legal or financial claims presented as professional advice;
- content designed to deceive about who produced it, in a context where that deception causes harm;
- content that violates the rules of the platform you publish it to.
We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches this section, without refund for the period in which the breach occurred.
Availability
We aim to keep the service running but we do not promise uninterrupted availability. Rendering queues, third-party APIs and publishing platforms can fail or change. Where a failure on our side means we could not deliver videos included in your plan, those videos roll over.
Liability
To the maximum extent the law allows, our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose. We are not liable for lost profit, lost audience, platform penalties, or consequential loss.
Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Ending the agreement
You can close your account at any time from your account page or by writing to us. We can end this agreement with 30 days' notice, or immediately if you breach it materially. On termination we stop producing videos; files already delivered remain yours.
Changes and law
We may update these terms. If a change is material we will tell you by email before it takes effect. Continued use after that date means you accept the new terms.
These terms are governed by the law of [JURISDICTION], and the courts of [JURISDICTION] have exclusive jurisdiction.
