Terms of Service

Last updated 26 August 2026

These terms govern your use of ClipWill, an automated video production service operated by [LEGAL ENTITY NAME] (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or paying for a plan you agree to them.

What the service does

ClipWill produces short and long-form video from a configuration you provide: a niche, output formats and a publishing cadence. The service selects topics, writes scripts, generates narration, matches footage from an indexed library, assembles the edit, produces a thumbnail and title, and — where you have connected a channel — publishes on your schedule.

The service is automated. We do not review individual videos before they are produced or published.

Your account

Free trial and the first charge

Generation starts with a plan, and the first week of that plan costs $0. To start it we ask for a payment card, because the plan continues automatically when the week ends.

Plans, billing and renewal

Plans are billed monthly in advance and renew automatically until cancelled. Prices are shown on the pricing page and are exclusive of any taxes that apply where you are.

Content, rights and responsibility

You own the videos the service produces for you and the rights to publish them, subject to these terms. We retain ownership of the service itself, the footage library, the models and everything we use to build the output.

You are responsible for what you publish. Because the service is automated, output can contain factual errors, wording you did not intend, or footage that is a poor match for a claim. Review before publishing anything where accuracy matters.

You must not use the service to produce or publish:

We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches this section, without refund for the period in which the breach occurred.

Availability

We aim to keep the service running but we do not promise uninterrupted availability. Rendering queues, third-party APIs and publishing platforms can fail or change. Where a failure on our side means we could not deliver videos included in your plan, those videos roll over.

Liability

To the maximum extent the law allows, our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose. We are not liable for lost profit, lost audience, platform penalties, or consequential loss.

Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Ending the agreement

You can close your account at any time from your account page or by writing to us. We can end this agreement with 30 days' notice, or immediately if you breach it materially. On termination we stop producing videos; files already delivered remain yours.

Changes and law

We may update these terms. If a change is material we will tell you by email before it takes effect. Continued use after that date means you accept the new terms.

These terms are governed by the law of [JURISDICTION], and the courts of [JURISDICTION] have exclusive jurisdiction.
